1. My delivery has not arrived since placing my order.
Your order might have been dropped off at your nearest Royal Mail Collection Point as it requires a signature. The Postman will have dropped a card to explain your nearest collection point for your order.
If your order still has not arrived please call +44 (0)1733 281006. Answer phone available so please leave message and telephone contact number if no one is there to take your call.
2. My products have arrived damaged.
All our postage and packaging parcels have passed vigorous postage and carriage tests to ensure your products arrive safely and intact.
If you find your products have arrived damaged please return back to us as we will offer you a full refund or send out an alternative product.
